TIG WELDER, STICK WELDER AND PLASMA CUTTER ALL IN ONE units are a must have for the home hobbyist who wants one machine that does it all!  The Everlast PowerPro SI series offers AC and DC pulse TIG welding, DC stick welding capability. The Multi-Process unit is ideal for the home hobbyist that is limited for space. Our PowerPro SI units are versatile but it is important to keep in mind that this combination TIG WELDER, STICK WELDER and PLASMA CUTTER does have limitations. These units are not designed for CNC use on plasma tables nor are they meant for heavy fabricating or production welding chores. For those hobbyists who are looking for an economical DC only multi-purpose unit, our SuperUltra 206Si may be the answer. It offers 200 amp TIG, 160 amp stick and 50 amp plasma capability and will cut up to 3/8” with regular use.

The smallest unit in our AC/DC PowerPro series is the PowerPRO 164Si with 160 amp TIG, 130 amp stick and 40 amps of plamsa cutting power. Everlast’s PowerPRO 205Si provides a 60% duty cycle at max TIG amps: 200 amps TIG, 160 amps stick and 50 amps plasma. Finally, our best multi purpose TIG/Stick/Plasma Cutter unit is the PowerPRO 256Si with 250 amp TIG, 200amp stick and 60 amps of plasma cutting capability. This unit offers fully adjustable pulse from .5 to 500 Hz.
